• Account information — your name, email, mobile number, business details (name, GSTIN, PAN, address) provided at sign-up.
• Business data — invoices, customers, vendors, products, transactions, payroll and other records you enter ("Your Data").
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type and actions taken, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Payment data — subscription payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store full card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and secure the Service;
• To verify your identity at sign-up (email and mobile OTP);
• To send transactional messages (receipts, reminders, alerts) and important service notices;
• To provide support and respond to your requests;
• To improve features, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• with service providers (hosting, email, SMS, payment gateways) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.
