These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dribble Books (the "Service"), a software platform operated by Dribble Software Private Limited ("Dribble Books", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. The Service

Dribble Books provides billing, accounting, GST compliance, payroll, inventory, point-of-sale and related business tools. We may add, change or remove features over time. Certain features depend on third-party services (for example, government GST/e-Invoice systems, payment gateways, SMS and email providers) and are subject to their availability.

3. Free trial & subscriptions

• New accounts may receive a free trial period. No payment is required to start a trial.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, per business, in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change to your plan price.

4. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Your Data, and for ensuring your use of the Service — including any invoices, tax filings and payroll — complies with applicable law. The Service is a tool; it is not a substitute for professional legal, tax or accounting advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
• reverse-engineer, resell or disrupt the Service except as expressly permitted;
• upload malicious code or content that violates the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Dribble Software Private Limited and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, you may export Your Data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
